1. General By visiting and shopping at amari-originals.myshopify.com, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products AMARI ORIGINALS sells standardized products produced in collaboration with Gelato. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time. Colors and designs may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings.

3. Prices and Payment All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Shipping Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds Our return and refund policy follows Norwegian consumer law (Angrerettloven). Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Liability AMARI ORIGINALS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
