Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. You are not required to provide a reason for returning the item within this period.

How to Return To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to amari.offisiel@gmail.com with your order number and a note that you wish to return the item. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Condition of the Item The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund based on the reduction in value.

Refund Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately at amari.offisiel@gmail.com with a photo of the damage.
