At AMARI ORIGINALS, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at amari.offisiel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please reach out before sending any items back.

Non-Returnable Items

As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
